The Problem

After 18+ years across FMCG, tech, and B2B industries in the USA, Mexico, Colombia, and Venezuela, Manuel García noticed a persistent pattern: brilliant industrial companies — best-in-class engineering, proven track records, real results — were consistently losing to competitors with inferior products but superior brand presence. The shortlist was being built before the search even began, and most industrial leaders didn't know it.
